HOW TO COPE WITH YOUR REGRET AND SADNESS

"Things we have so far are stairs for learning..."

When you are overwhelmed by regret and sadness, it seems that you can not stand and walk forward. Worried and scared of what is going to happen as consequence is always haunting you. You tried hard to avoid that thoughts or feelings but still those frightening thought come to say hello to you. Psychologically, mentally, and physically, it effects you and your days. In one side, you can not get rid of your feeling of guilty, and on the other side, you may have many things to do and to accomplish ahead. For these such issues, to my mind, BEING COMPASSIONATE and WISE to yourself is the only way to go.
Things you can do are:
1. Figure out what the point or cause of regret or sadness is.
Finding the cause of regret will eventually lead you to the starting point of the future healing. How can somebody heal or cure her/himself or even others if s/he does not know what it is, in respect to the regret or sadness. A doctor can decide what medicine to cure an illness when s/he knows the illness. It works to you as well.
2. Give time for regret or sadness
Time to really express regret or sadness is needed. Cry or scream can be one of examples tor express regret or sadness. Cry even sometimes releases burdens somebody holds.
3. Speak up
Speak up and expressing your thoughts or feeling to yourself in front of mirror, to God, to your friends, or to any strangers. It sometimes does not give any feedback in form of solution toward the problems you are facing. It sometimes does not heal your regret or sadness either. It releases your burdens, though.
4. No body is perfect
Remember, that everyone has her/his own problems, mistakes, failure, and even sins. They are human like everyone in the world. Everyone and every mistake is forgiveable. Take it as a bitter experience but sweet learning stage.
5. Do not repeat
Tell to yourself that you have learned from this and this is the first and last time experience exist on earth.
6. Fill in your head with other things
When regret and sadness haunt you and they cause you down or up and down repeatedly, you need to fill in or refill your head with something else, e.g. reading, watching films, gathering, drawing, cooking, or anything else. Something demanding is much helpful, e.g. reading your study books, analising some writing.

Life is beautiful and your mistake does not bring you to the end of the world. Focus on what you have now and will have in the future and learned from what you had experienced.

WHY IS ENGLISH SO POWERFUL?

English is symbol of modernisation and it is an International Language. It is the language of two big countries on earth (the US and the UK). But, why is English that powerful? All countries are now trying to put English as one of compulsory foreign languages at schools. It is the biggest language spoken on earth. Why oh Why?
